First, the shipping. Even the free shipping option from Amazon delivers this product pretty fast.

Second, the product representation. The product is listed as a P3416, but the box says that it is a PPB3416, which made me a little nervous that it might not be the right model, I really did *not* want the "Patented Tool-less Chain Tensioning System". The photo shows a green saw and the saw I received is red, but other than that, it is exactly what I expected. Also included is a chain tensioning tool and owners manual.

Third, the performance. The included chain and bar were in good shape. The saw was clean and while obviously not new, was in very good shape. The saw fired right up the first time, be sure to follow the starting directions. It doesn't always want to run at idle, but always starts right back up when warm. I have ran a few tanks of fuel through it, cutting trees up to 12" in diameter with no problems.
It seems to use bar oil at about the same rate as fuel, fill both at the same time. Its' better than too little oil causing the chain to overheat.
This saw does seem to have a tendency to leak fuel when sitting, especially if tipped to the side; I think that the fuel cap isn't sealing properly, it doesn't have a rubber gasket. It is a very minor leak and storing the saw leaning to the side prevents it.


Finally, the bottom line. I wouldn't want to try to cut enough wood to heat my house with this saw, but for the homeowner or small acreage owner tasked with cleanup, it is just right. You could spend $400 on a Stihl, but for occasional use, this $90 saw will do just as well. I would not hesitate to purchase this saw again.
