I have had this saw for a pretty good while now and have put a lot of use on it. The chain has a tendency to loosen up as other reviews have stated but I have not had as bad of experience as some. It is easy to re-tighten and if you really put some force into it, seems to stay tight longer. The saw did give me some issues about 6 months ago not wanting to run at full speed. When you hit the gas it would just choke out. Did some investigating and turned out the screen between the head and the muffler was clogged. Make sure you check this out if you are having issues. There is a nut on the outside that must come off then two t30 torx head screws are inside. I have had to adjust the carb screws a few times to get it running better and my muffler has come loose here lately a few times. But for the money, this has been a good saw. I am sure there are much better out there but I have cleared and cut up probably close to 75 trees with this one so far and it is still running strong.
